Whisper Button Wont Work

I am currently using TS3 and my whisper button doesnt work. I am using a astro a40 headset and running windows 7. When i tryed uninstalling Teamspeak and reinstalling it but it doesnt work please respond to this asap because i use it for Linebattles in Mount and Blade Napoleonic Wars. Also my overlaw only works on a few games.

Make sure such a Whisper List exits, that it has valid Targets assigned for the current Server.
Make sure you are using the correct Hotkey Profile (Self -> Hotkey Profile -> One must be checked, make sure you got the right one selected if you got multiple).
Try using a different Hotkey Detection System in Settings -> Options -> Hotkeys (above the Apply Button).
