Cannot Connect to Server

So here's the deal. I'm trying to connect to someone's server and getting the following message.

[09:20:21] No reply from sever
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

As their server isn't offline, I'm at a loss where to go from here. I'm using Linux and the host is running Windows if that means anything. I haven't used TeamSpeak before, so hopefully there's a simple solution that's apparent to someone more acquainted with it. Thanks in advance for any help.

If the Server you are trying to reach is definitely online, you are most likely using the wrong Address, are not connected to the internet or TeamSpeak is being blocked from connecting by your Firewall.
