Icons only showing for host

Hello,
Since some time I tried few things that didn't work and the problem is still here: I'm the only one able to see the icons I've uploaded of my TS3 server.
Yes, there are threads about this trouble, but my server uses the NO-IP software.
How can I fix, knowing that my server uses NO-IP ?

You should've tried the Solutions in the other Threads.
In any case you need to forward TCP Port 30033 to your Internal iP of the pc running the ts3 server.
