Random Crashes on Connect (Vista 64)

    Hi everyone!

My fiance got a weird problem with TS3.
Most of the times she connects to a server her PC crashes.
Funny thing is, there are several types of glitches that can happen:
    a) everything works better than expected (=works fine)
    b) complete pc freezes, only reset works
    c) screen goes black, only reset works
    d) sound starts to stutter (loop of about 50ms of sound), only restart works

We tried to reinstall it, start it as admin and/or compatible mode or use other sound devices.
It doesn't matter if the pc was running for some hours or just had a fresh startup.

    Her specs:
AMD A3870k (pretty new Quadcore with integrated GPU)
    8GB DDR3
    ASrock A55 iCafe Mainboard
    On-Board Sound with latest drivers
    Windows Vista 64, completely updated

Can't seem to be able to find a crashdump (less even the folder for it, even the search function won't find anything.

Anyone with some ideas how to fix that problem?
It gets really frustrating to try it 5 times in a row until it works...

    Greetings
    Nandrith

Please post a Full Client Log (to be found in %AppData%\TS3Client\logs) and the latest Crashdump (if created - to be found in %UserProfile%\Documents)

Thats the weird thing, she doesnt have any logs, not even the log-folder exists on her pc. It seems that Teamspeak either crashes the PC too fast to create logs or doesnt recognize itself to create one.

If %AppData%\TS3Client does not exist try %ProgramFiles%\TeamSpeak 3 Client\config\logs (or where ever you installed Teamspeak to then config\logs).

    Another funny thing:
even THAT folder (the config one) does not exist on her PC - on my machine (where TS rums smoothly) i can find it, but on her not.
Ill see if i can find any sort of Teamspeak-Config-Folder later when she doesn't need her PC.

Either one of them always exists. So either %AppData%\TS3Client\logs OR <TS3 Install Path>\config\logs
Which one exists depends on the Installation Type / Options chosen during installation.

If really neither of them exists something is wrong with File System permissions or Installation mode.
If none of them exists, reinstall TeamSpeak and make sure to choose "Save in User own Files" after you chose the Path to install to.

Sorry, had no time to answer the last few days.
Just reinstalled, now there are those folders, and i can give you a log and a dump - the dumpfile is empty though, dont know if the name can mean anything.
They were not created at the same time, they are from different crashes, because there are no matching dumps and logs.

422k ms = 422 Seconds = 7 Minutes processing Sound Data within some Plugin you run...

Go ahead and rename the plugins Folder inside the Installation Directory to something else, then start the client again and see if it is still happening.

    We have several guesses here.
You have a bad driver running on your system.
Or hardware is broken "especially" your Memory (RAM), because a delay of 7 Minutes can not be true, when you log file isn't older as some seconds.

Can you try to connect without any capture and playback profile?
Open your Bookmark Manager and select your bookmark, now press on more and change your pfiles to none.
