Push To Talk wont work.
I use the left ALT key for my teamspeak server always have. It worked fine all day then I restarted TS3 and I keyed up and the light doesn't even light up.... So I do a test and it works great in the test. I then tried Voice Activation and that works great. My headset works great too... Any idea how to fix this?.

Check that the profile keys are assigned, in Self > Hotkey Profile
If not, you should fix it in Bookmarks

Thank you so much!!... So Weird I didn't even change anything and have never had any problems before like this.
