How to create hidden powers ?
Can someone tell me how to create hidden powers as like it the person's powers wouldn't been shown and he would have the same server group name as guest and no one will know that the person does have power's until he uses it ?
Any help would be appreciated

Admins can always see the permision in client's permissions overview, but can assign client permissions to that user.
So no group is shown for that user.---------------------------------------------------------

You have to these 2 setps, to get the permission dialog for that target client.
Step1: Activate the advanced permissions system under Settings > Options >Application
Step2: Right-Click on that user and click on Permissions > Client Permissions. (Optional open the client permissions dialog and enter his ID or drag and drop that user into that permission dialog)---------------------------------------------------------

It is not really hidden and nearly every user will know why your user is able to do special things
