Disconnects from teamspeak when a certain user joins the server

So i keep getting disconnected and reconnected from teamspeak, but this only happens when a certain friend joins the same server, it works fine when he isnt there, or if im in a separate server. I have tried reinstalling the client and nothing seems to work, im on windows vista 32 bit and here is a copy of my client log.

Hello, I have the same problem. Every time I connect to a server and start talking, my friend times out and reconnects, this will happen on multiple occasions.

It seems random but the usual pattern happens when I start talking. We have tried 2 different servers and both act the same way.

I am running Teamspeak 3.0.8.1 version on Windows 7 64bit.
