    ToDo List Logging and logquerycommands

    Hey,

at the moment we have a confusing situation:
log is completely disabled for in virtual server settings, but depending on instance settings, you can see something anyway.
    - logquerycommands=0 => nothing gets logged in the log files or the database.
    - logquerycommands=1 => some querys are logged in log file and database.

Because logquerycommands is for debugging / administrators only I think, logquerycommands=1 should only log in log files (server_0.log or big log file).

    So we would have:
server settings - logging for serverquery:
    - enabled should log in database and server_x.log or big log file
    - disabled should not log in database. server_0.log or big log file depends on logquerycommands=
