TS3 very quite thorugh headset

My TS3 ( ver 3.0.8.1) sound on Win7 is very low through my Logitech comfort usb headset. Like really really quite. I have the volume in TS3 turned all the way up and I can barely hear anyone talk but the game sounds and windows noise are playing at normal volume. I checked the sound mixer and the volume is turned all the way up but that makes all other sounds unbearably loud while ts3 is still barely heard. Only TS3 is acting like this like I said, game and windows sounds are playing normally. I have gone through all the sound settings and nothing seems to help. When I set TS3 to use the speakers it works correctly and sound is at the normal level.

Any help on this would be great.

Each output Device has it's own Playback Volume Setting in Windows.
Right Click the Speaker Icon in the Systray (next to the clock) -> Playback devices -> Select your Headset -> Properties -> Levels -> Move the Slider to the right -> Ok.
