Channel Topic size limit

ok, I understand that you can only type have a size limit of 256 characters in the channel topic

That's acceptable.

But as of 3.0.5 server (fresh new), you can only have a size limit of 255 (with sqlitedb version)

And you'd get a invalid parameter size error if you were to use the above 256 topic.

ANd where is the Bug? The Input Field is limited to 255 Characters which is already more than sufficient for a TOPIC imho... Fail to see any bug here.
