Hey im having the same problem, but idk what you mean by go to tools -> client logs, so if you could help me out please that would be great, my TS Hotkey bind doesnt work, but it works in the testing, but not in TS Chat, so please help me figure this out

The problem is that i turn on the keybind to F4 and it will not work, but when i test it in the options, it works fine, i can use voice activation perfectly fine, but when i use the hotkey it wont work in the TS, and idk why this happened randomly, it was working fine before but now it stopped, i just need help figuring it out, i uninstalled and reinstalled TS but nothing happened, and i picked a new keybind and nothing happened.

I'm having this exact same fricking problem, but I've narrowed it down to the ACRE plugin (I play a lot of Arma).
If I disable ACRE, restart TS it's all rosey. I've reinstalled 3.0.7, 3.0.8 in both 32 and x64 flavours, and no dice.

Make sure that DirectInput is selected in the Hotkeys options page in TS. For some reason the latest version switches to a different key detection method or changed something internally from previous builds that causes key binds to not be detected when ACRE is running (we use directinput for detecting addtional hotkeys for radio ptt buttons).

I tried doing that but it still didnt work, i went to options and set it to DirectInput, and i put my hotkey, then i tried it out in TS and it still doesnt work, but when i use a hotkey in TS and i test it in the options, it still works perfectly fine, but it doesnt work when im chatting with other people, so i have to use voice activation, which i really hate using, so idk what the problem is.

Check Self -> Hotkey Profile and make sure that there is a checkmark in front of the Profile where your PTT Hotkey is set (usually Default)
