Only one person gets "Failed to connect."
I've set up a Teamspeak 3 server on my Mac and everybody can connect just fine but except for one person who gets "Failed to connect" each time he tries to connect. He also runs on a Mac.
How come he is unable to connect but everybody else can? Regardless of their OS.

We need much more details about this, does not work, does not help in that case and there is nothing we can approve here.
Are you 100% sure, that he just does use the right server address?
