    NPL error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=4616

    I have installed downloaded the client3_64 as well as server3_64 and then applied for a NPL was granted a NPL and given directions to follow I then downloaded to "C:\Program Files (x86)\teamspeak3-server_win64" my server was shut down so I then turned it on. I logged in with previous usernam and password that was given to me at begining or original installation of my TS3 server. I then went to SurverQuery mad sure that manual was selected re-enterd login: serveradmin and Password: My password the procedded to run script that was found in PDF manual as wellas in the TS3 server forums

    servercreate virtualserver_name=MysSecondsServer virtualserver_port=1337 virtualserver_maxclients=128
    sid=2 virtualserver_port=1337 token=ddqCmka21sXaE+0zjnFHFQsqMJ832Boc6SSdECXe

    I used my token and my ports the error i recieved was

    error id=2816 msg=virtualserver\slimit\sreached (48 ms)
    Total: 48 m

    So i then used puTTY as suggested in the PDF manual the error i received was this:


    error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=4616
    error id=256 msg=command\snot\sfound

    I then read in the forums that it could be an issue with hidden deffinitions within the file name so i checked the NPL.dat and it was just a .dat file

    I am lost and need help if anyone can help me figure the issue I will be most greatful.

    You need to use Putty to connect to your Server Query Port (10011 by default) and then do the following sequence of Commands:
    Code:
    login serveradmin PASSWORD
    servercreate virtualserver_name=2nd
    If you still receive an Error Message then your Permissions are seriously screwed up and all you can do is delete the database file and start the server from scratch again.

    I did what you stated and come up with this "error id=2816 msg=virtualserver\slimit\sreached" and deleting datbase file i deleted this file not sure if this the database file "ts3server.sqlitedb" if so i have done that and restarted with no success

    virtual server limit reached.
    I'm gonna take a wild guess and tell you your npl licensekey.dat has not been accepted.
    show us your *_0.log to confirm.

    I can see that it is not able to find a valid license key i dont know why I placed what was sent to me by NPL responce.
    Can anyone figure out what is going on please.

    Make a copy of your licensekey.dat and open it with an editor. The file has to look like this.
    The file is broken, if there is only an long line of characters. Please redownload your license with another browser or e-mail program

    I have tried to use three different email clients and two different web browsers still comes up onr long line where the key is i have also had it resent 3 times. Not sure what to do.

    Is it possible to change it in text and then rename file to dat, will that correct the issue but then the question would be is there a specific amount of text before it needs to continue to the next line and or special character?
