Do these users get an error message in the server chat or in their client log?
There should be something in both.Last edited by dante696; 22-08-2012 at 10:18.

You could try this, to make sure it is no server problem.
clear your cache, so that your client needs to download the avatar Again. If that does work, then this user needs to check his software firewalls and router settings.
Disconnect from any Server > Go into Settings > Options > Security > Clear Cache. Then Select Cache only and press OK.---------------------------------------------------------

The checksum is incorrect? Does The client log say the same, that the md5 checksum is not invalid?
My question from Post #4 is not anwsered.
Please try this with your client or from someone else without that problem and not the from the user with the problem.
This is important, to find out if that is a server or client problem.---------------------------------------------------------

Definitly sounds like a server porblem, if it does not work for users after clearing their cache folders.
Maybe there is a change in yourfirewall or port 30033 TCP is not opened or was changed?
Your server log shows the current used port.

Does the affected User(s) see no Images at all or can they see a few but not others?
Also have Users who can see Avatars delete their Cache as mentioned by dante in Post #4 and afterwards have them reconnect and check if they can still see Avatars.

affected User(s) can see only own image and can upload files and delete own files. Users who can see avatars and try like Post #4 after reconect and check, users can see Avatars.
