suggestion (move channels)
So i have a suggestion that move channel and subchannel should be separete becouse if user gets power of moving schannel he can movea channel in a server not only sub channel in his channel.

We do not plan to check the new parent channel, for users, who are allowed to change the sort order of any channel on a server.
