Channel Admin doesn't work.
Here's my question...
I have a sub-channel with parrword, and I need to give admin rights for only this channel to another person. I gave him Channel Admin channel group, but he stall cannot drag users away from the channel. I've tried to modify his personal permissions, but it still seems not working at all... What am I doing wrong? What else should I try? Thanks for help. :<

He can kick them from his channel.
Moving People requires enough i_client_move_power in both the Channel the Client is currently in and the Channel you are moving the Client to (as it affects both Channels). If you only have Channel Admin in one Channel you will not be able to move clients unless you got enough client_move_power through other Permissions
