Windows server 2008 R2 problem

Hello there, I had a teamspeak server for my windows server 2003 and it was working succesfully, but I've changed my server and now it's windows server 2008 R2, I opened every ports that needed, also I checked firewall hundreds of times. But no-one can connect to my teamspeak. I don't know what's the problem, but help me.

Things that may can help you;

- I can't connect to teamspeak with 127.0.0.1 from my server too.
- I opened TCP 9987 UDP,10011 TCP,30033 TCP and 2008 TCP.
- I installed teamspeak server x64.
- Even tried to shut firewall down, didnt work.
- Checked my files, downloaded new fresh server files. didn't work.

If you can't join through 127.0.0.1 from same machine with server it's application problem or really really messed up configuration.

I can suggest only downloading software like Process Explorer and see if process is running fine. If it's insta-closed or not even listed your last chance are logs files in subfolder logs.

I think the first thing to do would be to see what the Teamspeak logs say, also look in the Windows application log
