Also ich hab auf meinen Windows 7 Leptop einen Ts3 Server instaliert und jetzt möchte ich mit Navicat auf die seql Datenbanken zugreifen und das schaff ich nicht da ich den port nicht weiß. Bitte um hilfe

By Default TS3 uses an SQLite Database which is nothing more than a single File, so there are no ports or anything required.
If you did configure your TS3 to use a MySQL Database then you'll have already specified the Port in the Configuration File, or the Default MySQL Port of 3306 is used. Whatever the Port it is the one you (or the Administrator) configured for the MySQL Server.

WARNING: It is definitely not recommended to mess around with the Teamspeak 3 Database! It is very easy to screw up your Server in doing so.
