Recover privilage key & password

I did not copy them at start now can't admin my server. And they are not in log files . HELP !
How do i recover these.
and why to they come up the first time only when your just learning ?
should be BIG WARNING "COPY THESE NOW"
They should appear every time you start server.
I even restore py PC back before i ran it the first time, still did not work

those big "important" lines not enough?

In any case, the original privilege key gets logged into the serverlog, but is most likely no longer valid anyway since privilege keys are one time use keys. Logging the password is obviously a very bad choice for security purposes.
