ts3overlayplugin configuration problem

When I open Teamspeak 3 I get the following message:

Due to the latest ts3overlay update, your hotkey needs to be reconfigured.

Please open the ts3overlay plugin configuration page and set your hotkey in the "input" tab.

I have never used this program before and have no idea what it is asking or how to fix. Please help.

Please go to Settings -> plugins
If you need / want to use the overlay plugin to display users within TeamSpeak while ingame then just select the overlay plugin and click the settings button below. There go to the input tab and configure it.

If you do not need or want to display who is talking or typing messages ingame then you can just uncheck the plugin.

I see Settings>options, but then no plugins. Or I see Settings > plugins.

I do want to display who is talking but I don't see any overlay plugin to check or uncheck.

I think I have solved it. I needed to go back to setup wizard. Thanks for your help.

Sorry my bad... I actually meant Settings -> Plugins.
