    Issue with DSL and Router

Well, I have searched for the last 2 hours for information, and sadly I haven't had any luck...

Here is my problem. Recently I switch from cable to dsl (comcast to sbc to be exact). I had absolutely no problems in setting up the TS2 server with the cable service. Router settings (I have a Linksys BEFSR41) were also easy. Just click on the 8767 port for UDP forwarding and it worked fine. Well, needless to say, things have not been quite as easy while using the dsl service. Now I've obviously got internet service working by changing the router settings (at the main setup menu) to PPoE service instead of autmoatically assigning my IP. This is where things kind of went downhill in terms of my network connections. Once I set up the router to have PPoE, the computer than displayed that the dsl connection was disconnected. Despite this, I could still get online without any problems. So, I then deleted the DSL connection, because with the LAN connection things worked fine. Here's the current problem though. I try to start up TS Server and it simply pops up for about 1/2 of a second and then disappears. The server program never loads and I get a message in the server log file about it not being able to find the sqlite.dll file. Any guesses? There have to be some people out there that run SBC dsl with a linksys... Right?

Thanks in advance for any help. If anyone knows about setting up RavenShield on port forwarding, that would also be a big help, as my router settings disappeared with the change to dsl.

    Greatly appreciated

This problem has nothing to do with your network.
Some users had that issue as well. It seems that they had programms running in the background that were conflicting with the server.

    Check it out here.

    DSL Router Issue

I went looking into all of the applications that were running. I deleted all of them except for exploder and the system processes. I tried to run the server again and the same problem happened. I then went into regedit and removed all of the traces of the DSL connection program. While this removed the program (DSL Mgr) completely, it has no affect on whether teamspeak server loads. Perhaps it's something else that I'm missing.

    Any other guesses?

Try to redownload the server package from the main download site on the homepage and reinstall the server.

If that does not work try the .46 server from the Developer Releases Forum (It is an upgrade that does not come as archive so you have to copy the files manually).
If that does not help then I don't know what else to do.
Maybe someone else can take over then.
