Crashing

I've run a TS server for the last 3-4 months without any issues or problems. Just recently last week it has been crashing 3-5 times a day from never crashing at all. The logs don't show much but the following. Any idea on what these errors mean?

Hmmm.

This might be something corrupted...maybe the database ? Try with a fresh one.

Not it. Still crashing. Sometimes it shows the error sometimes it shows nothing at all.

Funny how it runs perfect for 4 months then all of a sudden is crashing multi times a day. No changes had been done to the box either!
