TS2 reboots computer

As title says, running TS2 on one of my machines causes a reboot. The odd thing is, I have another machine, exactly the same, that works fine! Just what have I done wrong?
Spec's:
Win2K
SB audigy
Epox 8k3a+
Athlon XP 2200+
512 meg.
TI4600
Realtek Lan card

Already had to reinstall of operating system, same thing happens.

I have exactly the same problem. As soon as I start the program the computer reboots..

WinXP Pro (all updates)
SB Live

I get a MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS blue screen.
