Problem with TSS 2 under fli4l

Hi there,

I installed the TSS 2.0 on my fli4l-Router ( www.fli4l.de ) and the server works, but as soon as I start it, and also after shutting down the TSS, the CPU-Usage rises to 100% (usually it never rose above 25% !). Only rebooting the router solves this problem.
If I run TOP, it shows me, that the biggest part of CPU-Performance (95 - 99 %) is used by a Process called "swapper".
Anybody has an idea, what this means and how I can solve this?
If any further specifications of my router system are needed for answering this, I will post them.

how did you make that you can run the ts server under fli4l.

When i try to start the server with ./server_linux i become only this message: ./server_linux no such file or directory.

I hope you can help me

Now I have to ask YOU, how you did it . And especially, how much is your CPU-Usage while the TSS is running?

da ich weis das du deutsch verstehst mach ich es lieber in deutsch da mein english nicht sehtr gut ist

So ich hab einfach das opt_glibc225 von http://www.fli4l.de/german/extern/opt/index.pl?pid=41
runtergeladen und installiert.

nach dem router neustart konnte ich mit ./minimal_startscript start(natürlich vorher auf den verwendeten shell geändert ) den ts server starten.

SO nach dem start des ts servers is die CPU belasstung bei 0%(? soweit das imonc darstellen konnte) aber ich hab das ganze noch net unter Belastung sprich mit usern auf dem server getestet.

:edit: achja schon meinen workaround thread wegen dem dem runtime error vom WI gelesen gibts einmal auf english und auch auf deutsch(in dem entsprechenden forum):/edit:

Ok, also einfacher auf deutsch .
Wie ändere ich das script auf die verwendete Shell?
Ich habe 209-opt_bash-0.2.2 installiert - das heisst wohl, dass ich an bash anpassen muss, oder?

hmm ja müsstest du aber der script is schon für bash geschrieben worden und du kannst ja den server eh starten.

Haste nur das opt installiert oder hast du auch gleichzeitig den login schell auf bash umgeändert.

Denn ich hatte/habe das bash opt installiert aber beim login war ich dann immer noch auf dem sh shell und da es mir zu umständlich war den login shella uf bash umzuändern hab ich einfach den script auf sh umgeändert

hmm hab grad mal zum test das bash opt aktiviert und nach neustart konnte ich den minimal_startscript starten egal ob in der 1. zeile des scripts #! /bin/sh oder #! /bin/bash steht.
Was ja eigentlich klar is denn beim starten des iopt bash wird einfach ein symlink mit dem namen sh auf bash erzeugt und somit braucht man die ganzen scripts net umschreiben damit sie auch mit bash laufen (das hab ich herausgefunden als ich mir die rc960.bash angeschaut hatte)

Also ich hatte die Probs auch mit der 100%-Auslastung.

Ich habe dann in der Server.ini "HTTPServer Enabled" auf 0 gestellt.
Dann lief alles wunderbar. Jetzt schon seit 3 Tagen ohne Unterbrechung.

hmm ich hab wi ein und null probs mit der auslastung...naja konnte das ganzenoch net unter last probieren sprich user auf dem server

Ooops, sry, you are right. Though I find the words "Go to your own forum!" a bit hard *sniieeff*

Thanks, this was the right tip. I changed the server.ini to "HTTPServer Enabled=0" and now the CPU-Usage (without traffic) is about 2,5 % .
