wincelp 5.2kbit

This one has the best soundquality.
Celp5.1 is nice for bandwidth, but HECK I sound like I'm talking through 2 can's connected by a tiny wire..

I usually set chat rooms for GSM 16.5.

Game server rooms were still experimenting with but its usually CELP 6.3.
