Admin via web browser

I have installed this on my Win XP system and have worked through the fixes for accessing the passwords and adjusting the start in link and now have a couple of questions I can not seem to figure out.

1. I have followed a few suggestions on other post for saving channels on a restart by marking them registered. This does not seem to work if I reboot the machine - I loss them. If I just stop and restart the TS server I do not lose them - any help would be great

2. Also I notice that there are a lot more functions listed on the httpdocs sections for adding channels, etc...I do not have these options on my web based admin...just select a server, settings and user manager ....Why is that

3. And Final - since there is a select a sever option am I to assume that you can have more than one server - if so how/
