Server dropping ALL Registered users and channels. Including the ADMIN setup in log

For some reason, when the server is restarted. It is dropping the registered users, admins, and channels.....Is this a DB bug? I am running the updated version v2.0.17.17! Pretty much sets itself as if it were just installed only unable to use the previously generated admin password... Only way I am able to get it back up and running is by deleting the server.ini, server.db, and server.log and allowing to regenerate the admin username and password!

solved own problem

when you start the program as a service ... the config files are moved to winnt\system32 file ... and to get admin page to work you need to copy the http folder into that directory ...everything is hunky dory now .....

thanks
