Have you considered upgrading? Slackware is now at 8.1

An EAccessViolation error can be caused by a variety of things but is usually an exception in TeamSpeak left unhandled. TeamSpeak catches the error and displays it but is not necessarily the cause of the error.

The problem can be that an application or background process may be having an issue, and based on what TeamSpeak is doing, TeamSpeak could be performing an TeamSpeak task which pushes that application or background process critical which then throws the error. When the error is thrown, TeamSpeak catches and displays it.

You may have a system specific issue, eAccessviolation exceptions are caused by hardware device drivers or other third party software behaving erradically. As a result, the OS's memory manager doesn't exactly do what it is supposed to do.

-upgrade to the latest official or fully functional drivers for all your hardware (video and sound)
-close any third-party software from the background (this includes for virus scanners, download managers and software cooling/hardware monitoring applications)

Good Luck ! ! !
