Wierd Problems

Yestarday i was running my TS server, no problems talkin to clanmates, creating channels ect. I come home after school and i come to figure out that IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE. I go to transmit with my key (F), the little light lights up green, then people say they can't hear me. I switch from Direct Sound to Wav, nothing happens. I switch back, still nothing, switched the priority thing, nothing happens. But here's the really weird thing, if i hold down the transmit key, and someone talks while i'm holding it down, they can hear thier feedback from me. And what's also wierd is that if i go to the volume control on the start menu, and uncheck mute on the microhpone and then talk, people hear me just fine. Same thing happens when i do a local test through the client, but if i hold down the transmit key a schreaching sound builds up after a while. After I reinstalled it, nothing happens

I just encountered the same problem.
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but this started happening after I installed soundforge.

Tried reinstalling and messing with settings. The only time it works is when I un-mute my mic.
