Server Issues

I'm trying to run a server Using XP. I use a Linksys router as my firewall for my LAN. I have all traffic forwarded to my server when using port 25000. I'm pretty sure the .ini file is set up ok. I could connect with no trouble but everyone else gets a message of no UDP info from server or something to that affect. I'll see them connect and within 5 seconds they are disconnected. Any Suggestions?????
