Server crash when save from web admin

I'm running Mandrake 8.1 on P133

I turned on anyone registration in web admin after fresh install of the .17 file downloaded today. When I click Save, the browser window locks up.
I got this error message:
Runtime error 0 at BE1FFAF8

Log file looks like this:

Any ideas?
