ip question...

So the usual problem, but i havent found solution from the boards here.

I start the server and it detects the internal and external ip at the toolbar. When i gave the external ip to frien to connect my server, she got only "remote host refused connection" no server listening etc.

So whats wrong? there is no firewalls between or anything and this friend of mine can connect to other servers.
