I get this error message --->

Remote Host did not respond (no computer on the other end )

I'm buggered if I can see what i'm doing wrong with it. PLEASE HELP A CONFUSED OLD ADMIN

Thats strange. Try connecting to your remote ip instead of internal ip if that is possible..

Did you change the port? maybe you need to enter the port aswell as the ip..

Got a firewall running which doesn't allow TeamSpeak Client to access the "internet" (you can test this by connecting to an teamspeak server from somebody else)

OK, I have made sure that people can connect to my server. And I know my firewall is letting others join it.

I have tried my IP, my IP with port 8765, my default gateway IP with and without the port, I tried 127.0.0.1, and localhost.

BUT still no joy. Same error message .

did you also try and see if you can connect to other TeamSpeak servers?

If the firewall isn't in some way interefering with it i have no idea why it won't work..

I can use other TS servers just fine .

I have been testing stuff out and I think it may be my copy of Win XP is being a bit twisted . I'm due for a re-install about now anyway. I'll see if that cures the problem.

Thx very much for your time and help tho m8
