Lightbulb Support SPEEX Opensource Codec

Please look into including the SPEEX codec with teamspeak. It is LGPL'ed (opensource) and is an overall well quality codec (in addition to the warm fuzzies you get from using a non proprietary codec)

I have looked at this.

It is ok, but not much different from hawkvoice celp which we use at this moment. And that is also LGPL'ed

Are there any quality differences between the two ?
I'm no CELP guru (far from it), but from what I read on the speex site, they claim (of course) to be better.
