Client update patch 2.0.22.22 for windows AND linux

This update fixes the voice gets louder in time bug from the 20 patch in windows.

Further more this fixes gui update timing issues that particularly plagued linux so that talk lights did not go on etc.

Windows is here:
http://www.teamspeak.org/files/TeamSpeak_patch22.zip

linux is here:
http://www.teamspeak.org/files/TeamS...atch22.tar.bz2 (note. For some reason internet explorer makes tar.tar files of our tar.bz2 files. If anyone can tell me why, i would greatly appreciate it Other browsers / http download utils seem to work ok.)

Just replace the old teamspeak with the new one.

Slight Issues in the past will all TS2 Clients, see I've been trying to set up a server and the Client crashes on my non-Intel Computer. It uses an AMD cpu instead, I doubt thats the problem though, it might just be because I haven't reformatted or something in such a long time. I dunno thats probably a really bad description of my problem, but ah, my two cents. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping this version works better.

(Crashes upon connecting to a server)

Sorry for posting this problem in a non tech support spot, just want it to be noticed.

I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I think one should at the very least read the few lines posted along with the update URL.

TS Client .22
Win98SE
AMD XP

leaving TS over "X" ...no Problem.
leaving Server over "connection -> disconnect" does an error :

thread error:der parameter stimmt nicht (87)

Windows Client 2.0.22.22
Linux Server 2.0.17.20

Even though the channel has the "S" flag, I can't set myself channel commander until I remove my "CA" (Channel Admin) rights.
(Using drop-down menu ... "Self -> Channel Commander")

Linux client main window focus

Main window focus is not returned after viewing and closing the Connection Info dialog on any user while connected to any server.

So far, everything else seems to work without a hitch.
Nice job guys.

windows client version 'admin' issues:

hi guys

when i give someone channel admin rights after logout his rights are gone ... i noticed on the 1 st version these options didnt vanished after logout ...

channel options are on sub-channels and registered host still on .17 linux version because of the multiserver html admin 'bug'

should we wait for the all updated version or... because there are a lot of client and server versions interacting now online ......

TS2 does not seem to handle XPs "Fast-User-Switching" pretty well.

Both, the client and the server will crash with an unhandled exception if I do the following:

- start the client and/or server
- click on "Start"
- click on "Log Off"
- choose "Switch user"
- see them go

I guess the same bug prevents me from putting the TS server on XPs Scheduler. If no user is currently logged in, TS starts up and goes down the very next second.

Anyone who can reproduce this bug?

WinXP Prof, SP1
Soundblaster Live!
Athlon XP 1800+
ASUS A7V133

Are u looking for things just to go wrong ?

And tried anything else with the scheduler of XP ....i didnt got 2 proggies to work with the scheduler also so this could be named as not XP scheduler compatible...

what has scheduling to do with fast user changing ?

It seems you are looking for things not to work well ....why fast changing user when all applications are still working ?

Ever tried fast driver changing in a car without opening doors
