Question Did not receive UDP reply from server

Hi all,

I have a little problem with the tss server. After the start of tss all is just fine. All clients are able to connect and it works very well. But after a few hours or days the client receive only the error message : Did not receive UDP reply from server if they try to connect. After the tss service is restarted it works quit good again for a few hours or days.

Is this a known problem ?
Is there a FAQ, which I not found ?

I used the following version :
[Version]
ServerVersion=v1.2.2

Clients version is ClientVer: 1.5.0

Thanks for every help ! And for the tss team - good work !!!

I had the same prob, after a week or so and even you´re connect you hear the disconnect sound and the server is gone.

I think in the old forum they have had atrouble ticket for that, i remember only a little thing, i think it was something about updating TCP-Protocolstack or so!

Ralf could you say something about this?

I changed the tsserver.ini into

[Version]
ServerVersion=v3.4.7

to be one the save side !

So easy to bugfix software ? - this should be told to Microsoft !

But Microsoft doesn't use version numbers any more. They use marketing suffixes. For instance:

(Note that this is a spoof! Scratch fears that the non-technical lurker who visits this site will think it's real.)
