Failure - OpenBSD 3.1 (linux-compat)

A few things first:

This OpenBSD server runs TSS1.5 just fine, but TSS2.0 fails to start.

I copied the required libraries (as listed by 'ldd') from a RedHat 7.2 machine, just as specified in the sticky thread.

Starting the server as root, I get:

# ./server_linux -PID=ts2.pid
Error stating daemon. Aborted

The logfile reports:
