always the same prob if i try to get in a server

Error: -1000
Exception EldSocketError:
Socket Error # 10057
Socket is not conected

i always get this error
what can i do about it
there are others who get in the server but i don't get in
help me plz

I think, with the Information you gave us, I would say you or the Server is behind an Firewall. And the Firewall blocks the TCP+UDP Traffic.

Make sure that Traffic on TCP+UPD - Port can pass the Firewall!
