Manual doesn't work

Running RH 7.2 or something with 2.4.17 kernel.
When pressing the manual from the menu I get the following in the console:
xmlencoding detect- iso-8859-1
xmlencoding detect- iso-8859-1
xmlencoding detect- iso-8859-1
Gdk-ERROR **: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
serial 25191 error_code 2 request_code 12 minor_code 0

Maybe this will help out a bit... It doesn't start up a browser while other things do work (FAQ and homepage and all)
I am currently root by the way (linux newbie that I am)..

have you tried opening the manual "manually"? (with your browser, not via teamspeak)
