TS2 codec problems

I've installed TS2 on my Mandrake 9.0 and after the installation the program run properly and connect the server but i've got an error about the codec not supported so the prog goes in mute automatically.

Does anyone know how to fix this or where to get the codec..??

I have a c-media 8738 soundcard on a P IV 1700 Mhz. CPU.

IS the codec used the Celp52Windows ?

This codec is (as the name can hint) only available in windows. The other 4 codecs are for windows and linux.

Ask the server operatior (or channel admin) to select a different codec.

Why is that codec only available for windows? Technically interested, tell me why.

I have same problem.. I have windows XP with soud card: realtek Ac97
it says" codec not supported".. how can i fix this?
