Problems with AC'97 sound

Hi there,

I having problems enabling my SoundCard under Linux

version RH8.0, kernel v2.4.18-18.8.0
Audio: 82801BA/BAM AC'97

Mixer under X is working...

I get his error message when debugging TS2:

27-11-02 22:22:23,3311,ERROR,All,TOSSioThread.Initialize,Ex ception EOSSException: OSS error in OpenSoundDevice-fullduplex (/dev/dsp): Invalid argument

Does anyone have any idea what todo???

Hum,

you should propably search for some resorces that point to the capabilities of youre driver (maybe some module options to enable full duplex?), or alter the used sound drivers (OSS<->alsa), maybe those have full duplex capabilities. Though, maybe youre card cant ? I dunno
