CELP Windows 5.2 coded unusable

Why I can't use CELP Windows 5.2 coded at all? Most of servers are windows servers and don't allow any other codecs.

If I change coded 'in fly' into 5.2 Kbit, it won't change but exiting ts, it freezes after closing GUI window. Hitting Ctrl-C causes message from ctrl-c handler function. In some cases also exception error message is shown. The only way to get out is to kill TeamSpeak.bin process.

CELP 5.2 is only available for Windows users.

I think that codec is installed on all Microsoft Windows OS which have NetMeeting installed as well. As far as i know there is no way to port that codec to Linux. All you can do is talk to the admins of the TS-Servers and convince them to change either to CELP 5.1 or if possible to CELP 6.3 (which has much better quality and less lag problems)
