[Ts2] Windows/Linux Server Binary BETA 2.0.22.2

Hi folks,

we've just released a new server binary for TeamSpeak 2 on both platforms (Windows/Linux). This version contains the following fixes:

- fixed crashes which occured on msg commands via TCP queries
- channel descriptions are now limited to 1024 chars
- minor fixes

Please note that this version also contains all bugfixes that were previously released in Linux binaries (2.0.21.3 and 2.0.22.1). Due to security reasons we recommend the use of this version.

this is freaking awesome. last week we had an attempted DoS attack by someone from *****.net doing a flood attack. I had this version installed as well as the anti-flood daemon and he was gone literally in seconds. great work
