Please Note:

We are no longer allowing sales related topics in the forums. The purpose of our forums instead is to facilitate technical support related questions, comments, and issues -- basically anything that is NOT related to sales. IF YOU POST A SALES RELATED TOPIC IN THE FORUMS YOUR MESSAGE MAY BE ***DELETED*** IMMEDIATELY. Repeat abuse may also get your forum account SUSPENDED or BANNED.

Sales topics include ANYTHING related to the following:
  • Licensing or Pricing
  • Non-Profit Organizations (NPO)
  • Billing or Invoices
  • Piracy and Anti-Piracy
  • Blacklisted Servers
Examples Of When To Contact Sales:
  • You have a question regarding sales or licensing of TeamSpeak.
  • Your server(s) have been blacklisted.
  • You are hosting TeamSpeak free of charge (as an NPO) and have a question about licensing.
  • You have a question about your bill or invoice.
  • You have a business proposition related to TeamSpeak.
  • You found a company that may be hosting TeamSpeak illegally (unlicensed) AND the company doesn't show up anywhere on our Authorized Hosters page. In this case you may also email piracy@tritoncia.com with any information you have on the company (i.e. - Company Name, URL, Contact Info, any known IP addresses of their servers, etc.).
Please also keep in mind that MOST sales related questions and answers can be found in our FAQ.

How To Contact Sales:

If your question, topic, or issue relates to ANY of the topics above, we invite you to either send an email to sales@tritoncia.com OR if you are a licensed customer, log into the Triton Sales System and submit a new Ticket. Please do NOT post your sales related questions in the forums!
