Cannot connect

HELP ME PLSSSSS... Whenever i try to connect to my clan server (ea-server.no-ip.com) i get the following message:

[23:19:54] Connecting to ea-server.no-ip.com
[23:19:54] Connection reset by peer.
Maybe there is no server running

have you try to launch a server on local (it's not really difficult) and to connect on it ?
Maybe that can help you.
