1 mic, two outputs?

I can't talk in two places at once using my mic.

For example, I can't communicate using voice on TS, and MSN at the same time. Or, I can't do MSN and xfire at the same time. Or, another example is being unable to talk on TS and CS at the same time.

I can only talk on one of these programs at one time.

Can anyone help me out?

It has been reported here that until you use winXP two recording tools at the same time will not work (due to driver limitation ??). And even with WinXP this shall not work with all sound cards ?

Your card or driver is not advanced enough for that and/or conflicting application side options.
