Antone else having this problem?

I haven't figured out what the problem is with this, but I'm working on it. Has anyone else had the "eveything works till you try to refresh the page error"? Everything is working once, after that, when i try to refresh the page i get "Page not found" or action cancelled. It might be me but I can't tell. (the problems with running your own servers).If someone could take a look at it and try to explain it to me. I would be unexplainabally happy.
