Keybind file command no longer work?

I recently purchased a new computer and have installed TS2. I imported the same keybind file that I had used for a year. However, I now find that all my keybind commands no longer work accept for TS volume up (*) and TS volume down (Num /). I can't even use single keypress commands from my file anymore (like Ctrl to broadcast to all channels).

However, I can switch channels using Ctrl+Shift++ or with Ctrl+Shift+- which interestingly enough are not keybind commands in my file.

Does anyone have any insight into this? It's driving me nuts. I read in another thread somewhere that an audio codec might be involved. I have enough knowledge in this area only to be dangerous. Do I need up update my codecs? Is this done in the Control Panel / System area under sound devices? Where would I obtain a newer or different codec (again assuming this might be the problem)?

Thanks in advance for any help. I gotta get this working!

The only things I can think of are that maybe your keybinds file is corrupt or maybe they have started storing the keybinds differently in a later version that you updated to?

But, you'd have to ask the devs about that.
