This is fake, just like everything else this user posted. All our alpha testers signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), so you won't ever find any qualified information about TeamSpeak 3 unless it's coming from us.

Looks to me like some sort of Ventrilo web interface.. those are all Ventrilo options on that page.
