people cant select a channel

hey,i created a TS server like a month ago,when people join they cannot select a channel to go to....only me that could put them in a channel(because i am SA)
SA=server admin.......what can i do?so that when people enter they could go to the channel they wanna go to?

Change the permissions of your server.

Give unregistered (or registered; I don't know which usergroup you mean) the right to join a registered (and/or unregistered) channel.
